The rules for Walking Tokos accounts and purchases.

The game

Walking Tokos is a game operated under the Miwo Labs brand. Walking can grow your toko; inactivity can shrink it. Creature discoveries and evolutions are part of the game and are not medical measurements. Play responsibly and follow local rules while outdoors.

Accounts and other players

Use your own Apple account and keep it secure. Do not impersonate others, harass players, exploit purchase systems, or interfere with the service. Friends sharing is optional. We may restrict access to protect players or respond to abuse. Contact support about a restriction or concern.

Pebbles and Trail Pass

Purchased pebbles are virtual game currency for Trail Shop items. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. Walking pebbles are earned in the game and recorded locally; purchased pebble balances belong to your online account. Account deletion removes that balance. When Apple refunds a pack, its pebble credit is removed. If those pebbles were already spent, a visible refund adjustment is carried forward and new pack credits first cover it.

Trail Pass is an optional auto-renewing Apple subscription, offered monthly or annually. While verified access is active, it provides a second walking companion, an automatic weekly rest day, and extra walking pebbles. The app displays Apple's localized price and subscription period before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Renewal is managed by Apple unless you cancel in your Apple subscription settings. Cancel before the renewal date to stop the next charge. Access continues through the paid period unless Apple revokes or refunds the purchase.

Purchases, cancellation, and refund eligibility follow Apple's purchase terms and applicable consumer law. Request a refund from Apple. Deleting your Walking Tokos account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Progress and service

Your walk and creature save are stored locally. Friends sharing is not a cloud backup. Device loss, uninstalling the app, or damaged storage can affect local progress. Online features need network access and may be temporarily unavailable. Purchase verification can take time; use Sync purchases to retry delivery.

The privacy policy explains data use. Apple's standard app license applies to the app. For support, account concerns, or deletion, contact Walking Tokos support.
